Ensinger Sintimid GmbH belongs to the Ensinger Group. TECASINT is a business division of Ensinger Sintimid GmbH and produces non-melting high-temperature polyimides. Its range includes plates, bars and tubes. Finished parts for series production in larger quantities can be produced cheaply in a direct moulding process. The high strength, dimensional stability and creep resistance of TECASINT polyimides stays high upon continuous use and high loads. TECASINT offers outstanding friction and wear for demanding tribological applications with high PV rates and even without lubrication. This increases service life and reduces maintenance costs. TECASINT can be found in many industrial segments. High purity and low outgassing are additional advantages for room and semiconductor applications.
