We started as a traditional IT Support company providing services that range from assistance with cloud hosting, backup or email systems to working out any problems with telephony equipment, like Voice Over IP services such as Skype. Over the last year we have changed, after acknowledging that technology commodifies most of the services we offered. We are in the process of re-designing our website and adding up new processes and support for Alexa, Google Home, Siri, Managed Security Services. We already made the first steps into leveraging machine learning within our operations. We have a 1 year plan to transform our traditional business model and we look forward to leverage technology for this purpose.
